Editorial Standards

This page explains how Label the Diagram checks its pages and what to do if you spot a mistake.

How pages are checked

Pages on Label the Diagram are checked as we go: answer keys and generated sheets are re-worked by a second method before they go on a page, and lists are read against their sources.

We do not publish invented statistics, reviews, ratings or testimonials. If a page gives a fact, it should be one you can check in a standard reference source. Pages written for children are reviewed with that audience in mind.

Names of leagues, games and products

Some pages refer to a league, a game or a product by name because that is the plain way to describe what the tool is for. Label the Diagram is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the owners of those names. We use text only, never logos.
