How it works
A stroller is a folding frame on wheels with a seat, a harness and a canopy. The first drawing names what you see from the side; the second, the seat and its straps. Names only, no advice.

From the side, then the seat
From the side the stroller faces right. The handle is at the top left, and the frame runs down from it to the wheels: a large pair at the back and a small swivel pair at the front. The canopy and the bumper bar are above and in front of the seat, and the storage basket is under it. The second view turns to the seat, with the bumper bar off, to show the harness, its buckle and the crotch strap.
- Makers differ on two names: canopy or hood, and bumper bar or arm bar.
- The harness is the set of straps; the buckle is the clasp they meet at.
