How it works
Organs and organ systems labeled on one sheet: each small body shows one system. Ten of the eleven systems on most lists are drawn; the reproductive system is not. Tap a name, or press Quiz me.

Six to start
The skeletal system is the bones. The muscular system moves them. The digestive system runs from the mouth to the intestines. The respiratory system is the airway and lungs, the cardiovascular system is the heart and blood vessels, and the nervous system is the brain, spinal cord and nerves.
Four more
The integumentary system is the skin, hair and nails. The urinary system is the kidneys, ureters and bladder. The endocrine system is a set of glands that make hormones. The lymphatic system is the lymph vessels and nodes, with the spleen, thymus and tonsils.
- Circulatory counts for cardiovascular, and skin counts for integumentary.
Questions and answers
What are the 11 organ systems of the body?
Integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary and reproductive. Lists differ: one government training text counts ten and leaves out the integumentary system, and some lists add a twelfth.
What is an organ system?
Organs that work as a group to do a major job for the body. The stomach, intestines, liver and pancreas, for example, work together as the digestive system.
Is the circulatory system the same as the cardiovascular system?
For the heart and blood vessels, yes. The cardiovascular system is often simply called the circulatory system.
Can one organ belong to two organ systems?
Yes. The pancreas makes digestive juice and hormones, so it is counted with both the digestive system and the endocrine system.
How do I drag the labels onto the diagram to identify the organ systems?
Look for the one thing each figure shows: bones, muscles, a gut, lungs, a heart and vessels, a brain and nerves, skin, kidneys, glands or lymph nodes. Here you tap, not drag: this sheet is the site's own drawing, not a figure from any course.
