Blank, numbered or named
The sheet opens blank. Choose Numbered to put a number on each of the 26 counties of the Republic of Ireland, or Named for their names, then press Print this map; the answer key prints on its own sheet.
Twenty-six counties, not thirty-two
The island has 32 counties, but six of them form Northern Ireland, part of the United Kingdom, and the map draws Northern Ireland as one shape without numbers. Cork is the largest county and Louth the smallest.
For a provinces lesson, print Named and shade Leinster, Munster, Connacht and Ulster in four colours.
