Three old counties

The parishes fall into three historic counties: Cornwall in the west and Middlesex in the middle with five each, and Surrey in the east with four. Kingston parish, the old city on the harbour, is so small it has a ring. The capital, Kingston, is on the south-east coast; Montego Bay is on the north-west.

  • Kingston and Saint Andrew are run as one city council but are two parishes, with two numbers on the map.
