A plain outline first
The sheet opens with nothing inside the outline: a long S-shaped country with China to the north and Laos and Cambodia to the west. Press Print this map for an outline map of Vietnam to draw rivers, cities or regions on.
The provinces of before 2025
Borders adds the 63 provinces and centrally run cities Vietnam had from 2008 to 2025. Numbered and Named label them. Many were merged in 2025, so use this layer with older worksheets and check today’s 34 against a current list.
- Print it as a Vietnam War blank map: students draw the dividing line of 1954 to 1976 at the 17th parallel themselves.
